ABOUT ROSS LAJEUNESSE
Ross LaJeunesse leads the global team responsible for advancing the company’s work on free expression and open Internet issues, as well as Google’s relationships with international organizations. He previously served as Google's Head of Public Policy and Government Affairs for Asia Pacific.
Before joining Google, LaJeunesse was Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. There, he developed and executed the Governor’s ambitious policy agenda, overseeing a broad range of issues from education reform to economic development. Prior to his appointment in the Schwarzenegger administration, LaJeunesse was Chief of Staff to California Controller Steve Westly, the state’s chief financial officer. He began his career as an assistant to U.S. Senate Majority Leader George J. Mitchell and later served as Senator Edward Kennedy’s chief advisor. on reinventing government, and national and community service issues.
LaJeunesse received his law degree with honors from the Harvard Law School. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College with a degree in Asian Studies.
ABOUT CHARLOTTE BROADEN
Dr. Charlotte Broaden has been a professor of International Business and Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University since 2006.Broaden has over 20 years of corporate experience in strategic decision-making and overseeing human resource systems, both domestically and internationally. She has broad industry experience covering the steel, water meter and label manufacturing industries. Broaden has travelled extensively, and is interested in least developed and emerging markets with a particular focus in researching African nations and the development of small businesses on a global basis. Broaden earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication and Management from Marquette University in 1977, her Master of Science from SNHU in 1999, majoring in International Business and her Doctor of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from SNHU in 2002.
ABOUT PAUL MAILHOT
Joining Dyn in November 2012, Paul leads Dyn’s Bizops team where he is focused on ensuring the company’s Project Management Office, Community Affairs and Procurement are prepared for future scaling. Additionally, Paul is in charge of Sales and Marketing Ops and Dyn’s Global offices.
A fixture in the New Hampshire high tech scene for years, the Central Connecticut State University graduate spent the past 19 years in various leadership positions at Autodesk, Inc. including Sales, Sales Management, Academic Programs, Learning and Training and Business Development. Paul is the current Chair of the NH High Technology Council and is also one of the earliest members/supporters of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of New Hampshire.
ABOUT CAMERON SHILLING
Cameron is a Director in McLane Law Firm's Litigation Department, and Chair of its Privacy and Data Security Group. In his 18 years as a lawyer, Cameron has managed, litigated and resolved numerous commercial matters involving business, technology, and employment issues in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New England, and around the country. His education and depth of legal experience, as well as his professional interests and passions, are strengths that Cameron leverages to provide the highest quality counseling and litigation services to clients.
Cameron received a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1995, and a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon in 1992, with honors in Business. While in law school, he interned for United States District Court Judge Royce Lamberth in Washington, D.C.
